A key part of Integra SI's intelligent optimised motor control functionality are it's excellent fully-adjustable soft starter facilities.

All these capabilities are included in each unit - including all application presets - for no additional cost, making Integra SI the most flexible motor controller on the market.

  • Adjustable starting torque - smooth steeples acceleration significantly reduces drive train shock transfer that is evident with direct on line and star delta starting and thus significantly reduces maintenance requirements and unscheduled breakdowns caused by drive train failure (belt and gearbox failure)
  • Adjustable acceleration torque - can cope with smooth accelerations even on loads of variable mass
  • Adjustable kick start for high static friction loads - Gets even the heaviest load moving in the most efficient manner
  • Adjustable current limit - enabling the operator to operate within consumption limitations
  • Dual Ramp - to enable acceleration - this effectively starts difficult loads such as large (loaded or unloaded) conveyors
  • Dual Start - to give separate acceleration profiles for dual speed or on load/off load start
  • Profiled Star/Delta starting
  • Rock Crusher starting profiles - designed to react to the high torque levels on start-up as well as the option for Direct On Line starting to clear blockages
